Constant lags with no ping when near enemy champs

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but for the past couple of weeks, i have been having absolutely terrible experience in League. Basically, what happens is that:

  1. I click on a point on the map and it takes my character 1-3 seconds to "realize" i want him to go to that location
  2. I send my character to a location, then i change the destination, however, my character keeps walking in the first direction for like a second or two before he decides to go where i want him to
  3. After using an ability, which might be laggy as well, i click in a direction and again, my champ just stands still for a second or two before finally going, as if the ability animation was not over yet, though it is.

What makes this weird is that it does not seem to happen when im alone in lane, in base etc., but as soon as i get into a fight, this becomes unacceptable and i die literally every fight simply because my champ does not listen to what i tell him to do.

I have stable 20ping with no sudden jumps to a higher ping and a stable 144fps. Ive checked several times to see if i am getting any pocket loss, I am not. Anyone ever experienced something like this? Any idea how to fix this? help appreciated

I think this is due to all the new runes.

There are so many more particles on the screen now that it's more for your system to deal with. Mana Flow band makes your hands glow blue. If you have Arcane Comet, there is a comet floating around you. If Aery, then there's particles for Aery flying to and from you. Grasp makes your hand glow green.

Before there weren't so many particles, but now almost everyone has 1 if not 2 or 3.

Yes but the thing is i don't get FPS issues, as I said, my PC is built to play modern games and my fps never drop below 144 fps, so it makes me think it's not a performance issue

Sounds like a hardware issue, unless you're exaggerating the delay. Mb you have a virus or something tieing up your CPU.

No I could swear the delay is a second or two every single time, also, i have recently reinstalled windows so everything should be clean is my system
