New Dynamic Que and A way riot can improve it for solo quers

A problem that a lot of Solo Quers are having with the new Dynamic que is going up against premade teams when your a group of soloquers obviously this is a disadvantage because the premade quers know each others play style and can stratagise around that with speed and will most likely be using third party communication programs giving them a greater edge. So i propose to Riot to help even this balance and to provide soloquers a better way to communicate with their teams Voice chat should finally be included in at least ranked play. Of coarse this is only for team use and all players can be mutable for whatever reason I believe that this will help balance the issues appearing with the new Ranked Party queing.
