This is flat out bull shit, a champion who gets legit no work and is in terrible shape right now doesn't even get a small buff from the patch himself? This is crazy you cram so much mobility into the game it makes 
a husk of his formal self. Riot has completely forgotten about this champ. RIP karthus hopefully one day you will be good again.
japan hate acc1 votesNot at all. Karthus is fine, all he needs is a tweak: make his ult like Garen's, it deals more damage based off of how much missing health you have. This would make him very viable.

His Q dmg is not worth the amount of assistance it takes to hit. If they are not slowed or disabled then they can side step it every time. He was a balanced champion years ago but mobility creep has not been kind to him.
japan hate acc1 votesI can land most of his Q's, and his Q is meant to keep his laning opponent on their toes, while farming too. And the low cooldown makes it worth it.
