the match making system is unbelievable

the moment i start the game everyone else is picking roles they dont even have match history with. i play this game Monday - Friday and the rest of the week and it seems like its too late for a single team to assemble themselves without acting like beasts. the match making system is dirty right now and not everyone else has made posts for this since they'd rather watch the players at the top of the ranks and copy that for several games. its like sticking a band aid on someones knees that keeps falling down when they can teach this person to be a bodybuilder or put this person in a group of soccer players. its crippling the match making when theres more than a couple players that dont reach a certain level of game understand that they dont pick roles that they have match history with when its completely possible to fix match matching by doing that.
