Reform chances for all

I have been playing this game for a very long time now about 6 years now to be exact and i have went from being nice to super toxic because of the toxic people i have encountered but lately i have been longing to improve on my toxic levels hence reforming. but it has come to my attention that riot does not give a crap about deals about reforming with players who are not popular streamers. For example tyler 1 and tarzaned were super toxic people who personally made a deal with riot to reform and tarzaned was unbanned on his main account. Why dont i or other unpopular players get a chance to reform or some sort of deal to show our transformation how come only popular people get a say or are even noticed. please consider us toxic people who reformed get nonstop matches with toxic people who have no intent to be nice teammates and act super negative which does upset tons of players who are trying to reform please take this into consideration and maybe give us all a chance to be unbanned on our mains with a clean slate so we can prove ourselves worthy to be kind.
