Ping Tester In Client

This is not a 'if you have high ping you can't play the game thread', this is a simple suggestion for riot. Please put your ping status on the client BEFORE a match starts. That way people who are to lazy to go onto ping test or some other website to see how their internet is feeling that minute can see how badly they are lagging prior to entering ranked. (or norms.)

I've had to many games today with someone who is at 500+ ping and Dcing every 5 minutes.
