climbing is just relative to knowing how to carry your respective elo. you are low silver so there will be lots of enemy mistakes.
based on what you are describing I highly doubt you execute all of that to perfection. there are also proper things to do after ganks that I see kids even in Plat not understand. like shoving a lane to deny enemy laner farm so your laner can back sooner. the amount of times we've had a double kill bot and my jungler just leaves to get scuttler or farm again is unreal.
or the people who get kills and then back. like you got kills, just fucking take an objective.
the key to winning in this game is to initially get a lead, then use that lead to kill and then get objectives once those kills are properly executed. there's obviously a lot of nuance and situational stuff involved, but you learn that with time.
it is definitely you. at times it wont feel like you because the lower elos are cancer to play in, but just try to learn where to be when to be on the map and how to properly punish mistakes.
remember, diamond kids are the best because they are PROACTIVE and make plays. they dont wait for the enemy team to make mistakes(although they are great at capitalizing on them too). they are out there trying to get a lead, force it, and then pushing that lead to strangle out the enemy.
i recommend the summoner school sub reddit to learn how to play the game overall, and there are jungler posts. and hell as long as you don't post a "im stuck in elo hell, my teammates are trash" kind of post, you can ask for jungle help overall yourself in a thread. the community there is very receptive to teaching players of literally all skill levels the game of league. I've learned so much from going there.
