LoL Worst Matchmaking Ever?

Just wanna hear how shit it is. I know its terrible. Riot games doesn't spend any time on the game their just interested in making the next champ and skins. Do riot games employees even play? They should make it mandatory, you work for riot. You must own an account, and play at least 1 game everyday. See how much the game improves after that mandatory protocol is put in affect.
