What happened to Nidalee Jungle?

So I will admit, I am not the best person in the world at league, and there are probably a million people who are willing to argue that Nidalee jungle is OP so on and so forth. But however I feel with some of the recent changes of the jungle, she just takes too much damage. At lvl 1 I can barely take one buff, and at lvl 2 I would be shocked if I could take red. I have been kiting as much as I can, being defensive but it is just impossible. Is anyone else experiencing this? I asked someone this and they said "No way, Nidalee JG is still viable" and I offered for them to try it. They came back later claiming "Worst game of life." Please, tell me if its just my rubbish or actual mechanics. Thanks for reading!

Well a few things. It shows that you are level 27. So you don't have full masteries, do you have a full jungle rune page? If you don't then the way Riot has the game, you are just going to have a really hard time with most junglers (outside of Nunu/WW/ect...). So until you fill up a few rune pages, you are just going to have a hard time. Nid is till a top level jungler (depending on what your team needs). But unlike other roles you NEED those correct mastery/rune pages to jungle. She also needs a Rod of Ages most of the time as a first item anymore.
