When is Master Yi finally going to get a nerf?

I swear whenever i play a normal game and there is a Yi on the enemy team it is already game over. The champ has literally the lowest skill cap out of any champ in the game, but is capable of some of the highest damage not to mention its true damage and you CANNOT get away from him. Like why did he get a buff not to long ago when he was already broken? Now i know if you're in ranked or in draft you can just pick hard cc to counter him but that doesnt really work when qss is so cheap and easy to get and builds into something that is great on him. He kills tanks in about 1-2 seconds with his e true damage plus challenging smite and qss prevents him from being locked down and his ulti prevents any form of escape, unless you are Kassadin with a level 3 ulti and some cdr. I admit i don't see him that often when i play because he isn't played that much in higher elos, but to make the game healthier as a whole he should by all means be nerfed. Many of my friends aren't that high elo (Silver-Plat) so if i want to play with them i have to play normals and thus have to deal with this Master Yi oppression. Please Riot can you do something about this?
