Please add a report feature to the pick/ban phase.

Reason #1: Punish/Report when own team bans your intended pick in champ select.

If another player bans my intended pick he's either not looking (90%) of the time, or he thinks the other team is going to pick that champ first. I want to be able to report the guy for those 90% where he's just auto-banning whatever the meta is right now without even looking at my pick or discussing the ban. It's annoying to have to dodge the queue because of someone else being a jerk.

You have a number of solutions without Riot having to implement a report system that won't really solve the problem and lead to unintended consequences:

Type out "Don't ban ___ pls" in chat. Sometimes people don't look at pick intent because people are still getting used to it.
Don't play champs that are regularly banned. There are ~150 champs in league and only 6 will be banned in a particular game.
If you really can't play your specific role on a champ that's regularly banned, don't queue for that role or for fill.
Dodge and take the 3 LP loss. It really is not that big of a deal - high elo players learn to dodge all the time. Strategically dodging is a great way to climb. The feature is there to be used.
