Korean WW Banrate Oddity

In NA, WW is banned ~40% probably because he's fairly reliably useful and has a good early (easy pick offs on low targets and good dueling). EU is lower but still ~30%. However, I looked at Korean banrates and it's less than 1.5% for WW. That's such an enormous difference. What explains this?

I remember seeing this video about WW bugs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdCcW5FRY4U Maybe that's the problem? I kind of expected every region to have somewhat similar banrates for champions. I know WW doesn't see competitive play but he's pretty good in SQ.

NA players are bad and ban things that annoy them.

cuz warwick is terrible when he plays against experienced players one damage and your entire W bonus is out, reducing your ult range, leaving you to play with basically an immobile juggernaut that also deals less damage than a juggernaut

also, once his E is down (which he uses at the begining to cc) he's essentially squishy

His pick rate is significantly lower in KR as well. Makes me wish I had an account there so I can play my main again.

WW is better in high ping environment than low ping environment

Where do you check these numbers? I'd be curious to see where Blitzcrank's banrate is. Not super powerful, but one of the most annoying champs to deal with.
