Lucian: Please rework this champ (again_

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen of Summoner's Rift, I come here today asking for you to help me get the attention of Riot when it concerns Lucian. When Lucian first came out, he was admittedly overpowered and unbalanced, basically an improved Ezreal. However, at least there were clear moments where he was strong, the early to mid game, and moments where his strengths fell off, the super late game was not his friend. Riot tried to fix this with the rework back in Patch 4.12 by nerfing his auto attack range and giving him more mobility: this did not solve the problem, in fact the problem was intensified. Lucian became an even stronger wrecking ball in the early, mid, and even to an extent in the late game. Riot has since tried to solve this problem by increasing the cooldown on "The Culling" and nerfing the damage on "Double Shot", however this doesn't Solve the Problem. The problems of Lucian are multiple and compunding: his passive "Double Shot" and this Q "Piercing Light" and the Utility offered by "the Culling". Double Shot, even with its nerfs, is just too strong of a passive for any ADC to have, and Piercing Light is still a far too strong poking/farming tool. If we are to have a balanced and healthy Lucian I recommend the following changes to Lucian:

His passive would completely change, he would now instead of Double Shot get 5-10% Lifesteal, similar to Morgana's passive. His Q would no longer be "Piercing Light" but would operate similar to how Double Shot works. His new Q "Double Fire" would give a second shot that does (0.1,0.2,0.3.0.4.0.5 AD) after each auto attack in (1.75, 2, 2.25, 2.75, 3.25) seconds while the cooldown of this spell staying anywhere from 10-15 seconds. His W "Ardent Blaze" can remain the same for this argument. His E "Relentless Pursuit" would operate closer to pre rework, where it gives a slow removal+ gets reset on enemy kills. "The Culling" is almost a balanced ultimate, but it could be improved: Lucian's new Ultimate, "The Rapture", should operate as follows: On the first activation Lucian receives a 40% movement speed buff for 2 seconds, during this time he avoids unit collision( Think a Youmuu's active) On second activation, Lucian lets out a series of bullets that have lower scaling than the Culling, but travel faster( This way you can most likely do more damage to an enemy champion without being given a free God farming spell that has infinity scaling) During "The Rapture" you would still be able to move, but you would loose the speed boost and "unit collision avoidance".

Most important change: his auto range needs to be 550 units

Lucian was the first ADC I truly mained and loved before he was reworked. Even back then I wished he could be more balanced and fun, but now post rework and even post patch 4.21 nerfs, Riot has taken too many wrong steps with Lucian. I hope he gets reworked in a fashion similar to this, and whether you agree or disagree with me I would love to hear any and all opinions.

You want to rework Lucian while Poppy and Urgoth exists like this good joke pal.

lmao... Lucian was awful when he first came out. It took several buffs, bug fixes, and shifts in the adc meta for him to be worth playing.
