@Riot Make Akalis W have no cast time, or give it a bigger slow.

I just think the burst of speed is useless in most situations. Say for instance chasing, the cast time renders the movement speed useless. But then again the more I think about it, it's still good in getting out of bad situations, like say when the jungler ganks, team-fighting etc. I still think though that giving it no cast time would be within reason.

The bigger slow however is another reasonable balance, akalis main objective in team-fights is to go to the carries and kill them. having her w be very useful in getting that done. But imagine if her w had a more effective slow? A slow that in team-fights she would put down in the middle to make the team-fights be a bit more in favor, it would also help one of akalis weaknesses CC. She has little cc with her W being the only cc she really has if I do recall. Another reason this would be a good idea is it would also help chasing, one thing an Akali does alot of. But with the slow buff I'd think the burst of movement speed would have to be lowered.
