Teemo has no AD scaling yet does more consistant damage than AP Teemo. Every time someone goes AD Teemo they build the same as Tank Yasuo. Please fix AD Teemo since he is meant to be played AP and you have shown you don't want people played outside their rolls. Thanks Riot Games D: :D
oSEXYPLATYPUSo1 votesteemo is meant to be built however u want to play him. he is an auto attack based champ who scales with ap and attack speed and typically a full ap teemo out damages a ad teemo any day. any champ can be built ad cuz all champs have to auto attack and thatis based on their ad base damage and any ad they build

Von Everly1 votesIf you give him a brawlers glove Ad/AP runes with Warriors bloodlust and max his E his range and massive damage early game will push your enemy laner out of their CS and effectively get fed without getting a single kill. And make your enemy lamer obsolete since their behind in everything.
