Quinn's Passive and Interactions with her Other Skills

So this is my first post here on the boards and I just wanted to share some thoughts I had on how to buff her passive. All of these are pretty much just other ways for Quinn to proc her passive other than on auto attacks.

Q - As Quinn & Valor As Quinn, landing her skill-shot would be able to proc her passive. As Valor, using Q would also proc passive if hit by the ability.
E- As Quinn & Valor As Quinn & Valor, vaulting on an target marked with her passive procs it, THEN applies the mark from E.
R - Second Cast Hitting marked targets with Tag Team will also proc her passive.

These are just some thoughts I had on Quinn's passive and just wanted to get them out there and see what people thought on them.

I was thinking that they could make her a little more "Tanky" while in Valor from. but thats probably a little dumb isn't it

[Edit] what I mean by Tanky is give her higher base stats while in Valor. this might help her during the Mid/Late game. if you disagree feel free to at me. ....... . Quinn "I LOVE THIS IDEA!!"

Quinn's passive is overall in a already very strong position... It is very powerful, and Quinn doesnt really need things that would serve as direct buffs to her damage output.

That would make her insanely OP; as stated by another commenter, Harrier does not need buffs, it is already an insane amount of damage (and this is a Quinn ADC player saying this, not a top main who hates on Quinn all the time)
