Surrender situations and Afk's. Rant and Ideas for consideration.
If someone doesn't vote in a surrender situation, their vote SHOULD NOT COUNT! period! They are forfeiting their opportunity to decide whether or not a surrender is going to happen. When the timer runs out, if 3 people voted yes, and 1 voted no and 1 didn't vote, then it should be a forfeit. Period. End of story. We don't count people who don't vote in elections towards the final outcome. Why would someone who is to lazy to vote in a game be recognised any differently. Riot, get on this. It angers me and I'm sure many other people to no end.
On this topic as well. If someone afk's in a game for more then 10 minutes, make it so that a forfeit is available to the team losing the game so they can get out and play a different one with reliable teammates. they don't have to surrender, but I'm sure many, many, many people would appreciate not having to wait 20 minutes when clearly they aren't going to win anyway (for the majority of games). And in ranked games, make it a loss prevented. It is by no means whatsoever fair that players be punished in solo queue for having an unreliable teammate or a troll who afk's.
I hope someone at Riot reads this because in the year that I have been playing, this has angered me even more then  ever could or ever will. At least I can vent my frustration on  by playing  and eating him. Unfortunately I can't reach through my computer screen and strangle the idiots who do the fore mentioned topic of this rant.
