Why are Champs able to dash through Yorick's wall? It says it is supposed to inhibit movement, but Yasuo can Q through the wall and so can Fiora. I can understand Jax and Riven being able to jump over the wall, but Yasuo and Fiora should not be able to dash through it because they cannot dash through other terrain.

it wouldnt be that broken actually. yoricks wall is destructable after all. so even if you couldnt move through it, yas and fiora could quickly destroy it.
either way it would be really strong.
i honestly think, this is what they should do with jarvans wall. increase the size of the arena to be able to move a bit around inside. split the arena wall up into 4 segments that are individually destructable. make the walls block movement abilities like azirs wall.

most walls yasuo cant dash over unless he has a target for his dash right next to the wall.
the fact that the wall itself on

Wrong. Yasuo can't dash through wall by targeting, because the wall itself can only be hit by auto attacks. Yasuo needs a target to dash through a wall (and proper positioning), and if minions aren't around, Yorick usually provides enough dashes for Yasuo with his ghouls (+Maiden).

But yes, I've been both on the performing and receiving end of Yasuo dashing through Yorick wall. Picking Yorick into Yasuo isn't a smart idea to say the least...

It does not say it inhibits movement. It says it creates impassible terrain(this is for the enemy) and by impassible it means you can't simply walk out of it. So use have to use a dash type ability.
