Because everyone who isnt in Bronze realizes that hes weak after his last nerfs.
because hes been nerfed 5 times consecutively and currently has a lower win rate then urgotten, haven't you notice that no one bans him or that you ever really see him played anymore?
Contrary to popular belief, Yasuo has fallen out of high tier mid laners 2 to 3 nerfs ago. The primary reason captains continued to banned him in ranked was so that their OWN team does not picked the perceived OP champion. However, this still led to many people inexperienced with Yasuo to assume that he is still overpowered; hence, more nerfs from Riot. He is currently the 2nd worst champion in the Roster of LoL.
As a Yasuo player, I've experienced the effect of these nerfs first-hand, and I no longer pick him unless someone on my team has a reliable knock up. The problem he has is similar to Riven's. One either do really well in lane, or fail miserably if the enemy laner counters you unless you pull off some sort of cheese tactic early on.
In his current state, Yasuo cannot fight any melee AD-oriented champions due to essentially fighting with 3 abilities since windwall is only effective against projectiles. As well, he gets shut down even harder against RANGED projectile-less AP mages/assassins, as Yasuo does not naturally gain MR.
only increased MS and Q CD reduce... this is small
like you said... buff is still a buff... but small buffs are still small buffs... depends on playing style... those little buff can make big game change... and when some learn and practicing those tricks... some protest for OP... and then nerf... and then depends... some learn new play style... some protest for being too weak... and then buff... making a loop of buff and nerf...
Because he needs buffs. So sick of people QQing about Yasuo.
