"Lord of Death"... Rior, can we compromise?

It's obvious that we're upset over the change to our Master of Metal's title. Thematically, their choice doesn't make much sense, and the reasoning behind the change isn't very clear. He is a being whose power over metal (steel and music). We all know this.

Instead of complaining and yelling, shouldn't we try and compromise? If not, should we honor his passing with the level of badass he deserves? Hasn't the heavy metal king of league earned that much?

Screaming to the high heavens won't get us anywhere (unless singing along to the glorious sounds of Pentakill, in which case carry on). Instead, honor should be given to the soon to be deceased.

tl/dr: Riot, compromise with us? Honor The Master of Metal's passing. Upvote for awareness ("You only need to click once, fool.")

Thematically it makes perfect sense. Where in Morde's lore does it state his complete control over metal? In his former kit, what abilities of his interacted with metal? The closest thing he had was the psuedo-magnetism on his W. What he had was the ability to spawn large maces for no real reason. He's as much a "Master of Metal" as Caitlyn is, just because she has a never ending supply of bullets and cupcakes.

Rip the old morde, who won lane simply by connecting to the game. The "Master of Metal" who rarely got into melee range, and played akin to a burst mage. Who is a giant suit of armour, but rarely built tank, or had a tank build optional to him.

The part where his huge METAL suit of armor acted as his prison and torture device and he used his own suffering and it's METAL shards to inflict pain and death upon others.

His passive, Iron Man: this is a guy in a huge METAL suit who uses said METAL to both deal damage and protect himself. His Q and E with very obvious METAL particles and his W is a cloud of METAL shards. But hey, generic deathy shadowy stuff appeals to 13y olds who love being dark and edgy and cool and will use their mom's credit card to buy skins.

I take it you are one of those people that would try to flat-out duel Morde in lane and think he's broken when he handed his ass to you? Also, are you sure you are talking about old Morde? NEW Morde is the one who wins game simply by connecting if you have a half-decent engage support in your team.

And this line shows that you never played Mordekaiser before. He could never kill anything just with his E and R. He needed to get close to utilize both his Q and W, which dealt far superior damage to E.

Honestly, he was all about metal and disease (from his original lore) Also, he was a very commanding person, hinted at being a general of some sort. Very cool, very efficient.

His build paths were akin to that of an bruiser mage. Originally, with zero mobility and very limited range, he was on the easier side of things to deal with. When minions weren't around pre-6, he was fairly open to engage on.

Would rather work with Riot on his future and get a solid title on him. Also wish they would answer a few questions...

Why did they change his title to "Lord of Death"? What was wrong with the old title? Why change it now instead of during the rework? What will they do to his lore?

Also, bit of a side question, but who decided to give him a gost dragon and why? Totally a cool idea.
