It needs it's cooldown raised on par with teleport or something.

it should be nerfed just like fizz and akali where in the worst of ways flash is way to op
What's wrong with it being everywhere?
if flash should be everywhere they should give us 1 summoner spell and flash. Right now, what I'm saying is raise the cd. Not nerf the range, because its quite small already, just the cd.
It needs it's cooldown raised on par with teleport or something.
It has the same CD as Teleport. The only spell in the entire game with a longer CD is Revive.
