I have thought this through and I have go the conclusion that you guys the developers can't really patch this even better than before.
What you can do now is not to show patch.notes and let the players find out by themselves. Otherwise these strategies will still appear in game.

Akali is SO HOT2 votesDoesn't really seem that strong. Their team comp wasn't ideal to handle Yi and it looks like Lee Sin didn't do a whole lot in the early game to get his team ahead. It can be effective, but it definitely isn't as good as the old funneling strat.

KVbqbFsC8e1 votesMight be. A couple of nights ago the enemy team locked in Yi + Taric after they had already picked a Nami. Obviously I dodged that though.
ı Sona ı1 votesThe boosting strategy will never be gone. And honestly? A fair and legitimate strategy shouldn't be needed just because a handful of players couldn't be bothered to learn how to handle it/pick around it.
What players are really asking for is for Yi to be nerfed.

captain caanada1 votesFirst time I write a comment on this, I'm not the kind to complain but I've been seen that funnelling strategy a lot lately and boy it's annoying. I've experienced it around 4 times in my last 10 games or so and its honestly not strong at all, I mean from the 4 games all four failed and were basically inting. It could be because i'm plat 1 and maybe they are bad but the annoying thing about this is that it completely destroys the fun of the game. basically yi only ganks mid forgets about the other lanes, so there's 0 team play, all about the yi which is whats most annoying about this strategy. Yi is already considered a lose hard or win hard champ so combining this with taric makes it worse. I hope there can be some kind of fix to that strategy, not fun to play against or with it.
