I don't think Yasuo is OP i just think he's annoying to play against. He removes the player's agency and completely invalidates certain skillshot-based champions with his windwall, aka the ultimate counter to Annie. He can go 0/5 in lane and once he finishes his Phoenix Down he completely steamrolls everybody. I don't know why Riot gave hard CC, mobility, and invincibility to a single champion. What's worse is that his Q scales with CDR and attack speed. His ult even places him outside of towers! He just needs a rework honestly. And hopefully with ten bans Riot will see that.
