Idea for people dodging.

Last 3 games, someone wants mid, They were denied their request, then they dodge. the fourth time I end up getting a role I didn't want, though I play my assigned role.

I think aside from the 5-minute queue timer, I think they should be blocked from picking their first and secondary role for 5 games. I think that would eliminate most queue dodging from people that didn't get the lane they initially wanted.
