When is kat getting nerfed again? I never get to play her because she is banned almost every game. and at my elo (around 1400) apparently nobody can deal with kat so she's got a 60% + banrate. pls help me out riot :< i just wanna play my baby.

They need to do away with the 15% damage reduction on her E. She does INSANE damage and has great mobility, don't make her harder to kill.
