Why did you create this abomination? I don't know what to do against her... "Oh hurrr durrr you don't fight her" Then what kind of champion design is that? In what state of mind is 700dmg in 1 second good at lvl 6. It just does not make sense to me that I can't 2v1 her with the jungler at lvl 6. I can't 1v1 her because she will burst me down and outsustain me. 1 kill = We can't 3v1 her now or else she will kill us. - don't get hit by my Q - don't get hit by anything... I can see that Draven/adcs can kite her but i'm not going to play an adc top.

Use a dash, dont be hit by her ultimate. She deals lots of damage if she grabs your soul first because, well gee! It ekkos damage to you. If your hit by the ultimate when you also have damage being ekkoed, well....... Thats your fault. Darius can out sustain Illaoi just by getting Titanic Hydra first.

You do know if you attack her while your spirit is pulled, you can dodge the tentacles and all... unless item 3025

If you get the chance, you can always make use of the 100% effective Ban-Hammer.

Garen -teed to work on her, and ensure you won't face her. (TBH I hate Illaoi too, but I just roll up my sleeves when I have to face one and do the best I can)

Play Katarina and dance around her tentacle crap. start dark seal if you're good with her and just wait until you get some levels that will allow your E cooldown to be almost up when you E to a dagger, then proceed to win every trade. Btw lich bane is a good item on her, just make sure that when you E to Illaoi you auto her, and weave autos inbetween other spellcasts if your lich bane cooldown is up. I mean you're picking a champion that has no escapes, and has to be in close range to deal damage to someone, into someone that you don't want to be in close range with, just pick someone with dashes.

If you don't let her hit the best combo - E and than ult both you and your soul - you should be able to 2v1 her easily.

She probably is too strong, but getting 1v2'd at six is usually fault of her enemies.
