About new dynamic queue.

So just spent 12 min as a solo queue to get in a game (that's according to the wait time timer not total time in and out of lobby's). Now I would get the "afk check" part and hit accept and someone else would miss hitting it, then instead of getting put in the next available lobby, I have to wait 2 min before I see the accept button again. Now when I was running parties with friends, this isn't nearly as bad. I can only conclude that as a solo queue person I get less priority and get pushed back in the line if someone doesn't press accept. Maybe it's because certain lobby's didn't need this or that, but I feel like I could have been placed in a new lobby sooner, I just got skipped over. In the old queue, as it should be, if I hit accept and someone didn't, I would only have a few seconds to wait in most cases before I was pressing the accept button again. So my thought is, why am I being skipped just because I'm soloing?
