Flex Queue Match Making?

I thought Match Making was fixed? I finally started my climb up in flex queue was getting paired with gold silver now my last 3-4 games have been all plat diamond and gold players? Basically i join this game and get utterly destroyed... I have to auto fill to get a game and when I do its this much of an upset every single time.
