She can see Twitch during invis with Yuumi with her E which reveals Yuumi. Is this intended?

Yes this is intended. Im pretty sure this works for all camos
her E gives True Sight, she can see anything with it.
Same happens to Eve if I remember right. Definitely an interaction with Camouflage.
If memory serves, the explosion gives true sight and the remaining duration is standard vision.
