How can riot still be okay with Ivern's current state? He also has the safest 3 buff invade and 3 skills with no contextual counterplay. His winrate is higher tthan shaco's before his last round of nerfs, and yet since he's the newest jungler, Riot still won't touch him.

Rewt1 votesIvern does jack shit early. If you see ivern picked on the enemy team pick literally any champ with some semblance early dueling potential and a CC basic ability. Now you have 2 options. A. Try and guess what buff he is gonna try and jew and kill his ass and prevent him from putting the mark down. B: ward your buff you arent going to take and try and steal his buff. So you do a buff trade.
