My best KDA Ever but no S?

My KDA was 31/1/9 Roughly 200 farm. Had a total of 20k gold and had an penta that was not anounced.(Feels Bad Man) can some one tell me why i did not get my token for mastery 7?

Getting a S is also match-up dependent. It was a easy match-up vs sivir.
