WAY too long queue

Riot, please. I don't want to say thats bullshitttt or sth like that but i have to say ( i'm gold3 atm) that this queue times are unbeliveable. I am like 10-20 minutes in my queue( I AM ONLY GOLD 3) and i don't know why it takes so much time. Yes i am not a support main because i am sure that you will find a game in 3 sec if you type "support" as a role but come on. Maybe you want to play a game in the afternoon after a stressful day and then you are like: "let's go aaaaaaaand now waiting 20 minutes to find a game, yeah!". I really do not know if you can do sth but it would be very very nice :).

I hope you all have a great day/afternoon/night/whatever.
