Where is the love for Udyr?

First off, even though I'm talking specifically about Udyr lemme say this could apply to anyone's favorite champ that gets no love from the gamplay-balance team. Udyr is personally one of my favorite champs, maybe it was inspiration from Trick2g stream but I don't know he seemed like an interesting and fun champ. But for way too long Udyr has been difficult to play because he went straight into the ground.

I've been constantly talking with Riot's support helpers and asking for some info on why Udyr hasn't not received any attention. All they told me is I cannot talk directly with a gameplay-balance team member and I can't keep messaging them. Udyr has gone seasons with only minor updates and also failed minor updates. Want to make this clear I am not trying to complain, I am trying to be a voice of motivation for Udyr to become a playable champ again. I'm not the type to post on boards or anything but after talks between Riot support crew they said it was the best way to get gameplay-balance team members to notice. I tried asking if I could speak to them directly but the would not allow it.

I understand that Riot is a very successful company and has a lot to manage. I get that they care more about champs that are played in the pros and LCS but they have got to think that most players aren't pro and just trying to have fun with their favorite champ. Udyr has gone unnoticed and I am tired of him being a terrible champ to play because he gets out-kited or out-scaled. I'm asking for him to have a complete rework, not some tiny reworks. Like for god sake they REWORKED URGOT before anything else. Doesn't that mean it is time for him to be a topic of interest.

Since there is no point in my constant ticket messaging I am hoping that some gameplay-balance team member is reading this and thinking HEY UDYR is a champ in need of a drastic tune up. Not everyone wants to play a champ that's part of the meta but they also don't want to play a champ that can be complete garbage. I am not seeking approval from users everywhere but please voice your opinions, if you want. I am trying to be a difference and I want to have fun on this game again.
