Hey guys i was an hardstuck D5 cause tilting with a negative winrate, but in these few days i managed to reform myself and to climb to D3 so far with a positive winrate. Nut on my Butt1 votesWell, your ranking increased as well as your mmr, so if both of those continue at the same time, the shift in your gain/loss is probably going to be slow unless you get gated by promos a few times.

Titanium701 votesThat's not what he meant. Loosing Promos is actually a really effective way to fix your MMR. Because you can go 3-2 W/L without gaining rank which makes you MMR grow 'over' your current ranking at some point.
Your problem:
The slower way to fix you MMR is by staying in D3 for a while.
