Bad Teams and Trolls Kill My MMR

Im not the best player out there but I am so annoyed by the teammates who feed and because of that my MMR drops. I believe that MMR should be based on individual skill and how you do in the team with the ranking system like S+, S, S-... etc. With this I would have less baddies and more people who actually play the game and communicate because the way it is now its not fun for me. I can go on a huge win streak and then lose 3 games in a row due to trolls. It annoys me because I wanna play a game were it is a struggle to win and it be intense.. not some 15 minute game. Riot please consider this

Im not talking about LP loss, Im talking about having people who troll and dont work as a team. If MMR can be based on individual skill we could actually work as a team.
