Her semi rework is not that old.
I agree though that she does not feel good kit wise.
Especially the luck shot spears and her squishy-yet-melee-for-burst nature.
What exactly feels old about Nidalee? I'll agree that she's not as flashy as some of the newer champions but I'd argue that she's an extremely well designed champion which has one of the highest skill ceilings around.
