Not enough Compensation

So I've been an avid player of League of Legends for the better part of 5 years now and have invested a lot of money into my main account to buy all the champions. But now with the new leveling system and champion capsules I would have been able to get several champions that way, instead of buying them potentially saving hundreds of dollars. I feel a little hard done by because I keep getting these capsules and they pretty much mean nothing for me. I have an idea on how I could possibly be compensated but obviously would need the approval of someone at Riot.

You don't deserve compensation for champion purchases. Runes were something that took time, and no amount of money could buy them. Champions were, and still are things that you either invest time into getting, or pay riot to skip the grind all together. You opted into the time saving purchase. You don't get compensation just because champions are slightly easier to get now. That's like me saying I can get skins for free from hextech crafting so I'd like to be compensated on literally every skin I bought. Never gonna happen

Slightly easier? You could literally have half the champion pool if you started at nothing when the conversion happened. It's a whole different premise, skins are atheistic they appeal to the individual. Champions are champions they're apart of the game, they're needed to play. You don't understand because obviously you don't own all the champions. The capsules that I receive and everyone else with all champions receive upon lvling up, literally means nothing, there's absolutely no benefit to it. If these changes were implemented years ago, I would have got most my champions through grinding there for saving a butt tone of cash. For casual players there's a distinct benefit to the new system, but for someone like myself there's not really much in it for me.

Actually I've poured more money into this game than I care to admit. Not only have i perpetually owned every champion for years, there was a point I had at least 1 skin for every champion as well. So please don't assume something if you don't know it to be accurate information. I most certainly do own every champ.

Champions are always available to play for free, nullifying your argument that they're required. All champions aren't required to play, just one is, and there's 15 (used to be 10) every week.

You made the decision to invest money into unlocking champions instantly. It doesn't matter how much easier it is now than it was before, you got what you paid for, which at the time was grind free, wait free champions. Nothing about that specific part of the system had changed.

Champion shards of course don't feel useful to anyone with all the champions, but Riot isn't obligated to give out free loot in the first place, and trying to satisfy everyone is unrealistic. The goal of the system is to make newer players feel rewarded for their continued play.

For other people that don't have use for champion shards, you can disenchant them for blue essence, which will be used at later levels to unlock level exclusive rewards, such as icons, emotes, and the like.
