Teemo rework?

So umm i've been playing Teemo for a solid month now and i really enjoy playing him. But there's some flaws that could be fixed in the future and i would like to know if teemo is getting a smaller class update or a full VGU update. For example: his w feels really kinda meh considering the fact that's his only escape ability and the other one is his passive since Teemo is supposed to be a swifty scout who can surprise players and all.

I would be so happy if a rioter would answer me and kinda light up the situation here. Is Teemo forgotten for now or is he getting updated in the future?

I hope for some love for him. Preaseason, by removing fervor, introducing control wards, scrying bloom, new Dickblade, Courage of the Colossus hurts him real bad for obvious reasons.

Less obvious changes hurt him as well. Edge of the Night completely shuts down a Teemo, because it is almost guaranteed to deny his blind, as he has no other damaging spells outside shroom, which can also be easily denied. Shimmer makes it way harder to ambush people. Buffs to Locket shield really hurt one-shot Teemo builds, because while his burst combo is able to oneshot a squishy, it just barely has damage to do so - it shouldn't be possible anymore.

Without some serious buffs Teemo shouldn't be playable anymore. The problem is, there isn't really a place in Teemo's kit that could be buffed without making him absolute cancer - i.e. damage on toxic shot right now is balanced just right to make it useful for Teemo without being able to push enemies out of lane too easily. If he doesn't get an update during Bandle City event, it's going to be real bad for him.

Teeto has been in need of about a class update rework for a while now and has been being asked to get one for an equal amount of time. It will likely come when Disruptors are looked at since Riot labels him as such.
