Matchmaking system for anything other than Solo/Duo

Its terrible, when is this getting fixed ?

I asked a rioter a while ago about this issue and his response was "matchmaking is fine and we have no plans to change it"

This happens in literally every queue that's not Ranked solo duo. Can someone take a look at this. The excuse of " but thats their rank in solo queue" is terrible. it doesnt matter what queue they are in, if a diamond player randomly gets thrown into one of my games they will 1v9. They don't suddenly become terrible at the game just because they changed queues.
