Reports, effective or overused?

It seems every single game someone is getting report for one thing or another. The postgame lobby is usually just people trying to get other to report one person. This past game i didnt say much at all during the game, maybe 2-3 comments outside of objective calls. One of my comments was a question to the 0-10 vayne who was saying teemo was wrecking her. I asked the vayne if she had played against humans before to see if i could give her insight on what she should do because the rest of the team was doing pretty well and we werent struggling so i was going to help her out a bit. We arent level 30 yet, some people only play against bots and are new to facing other players. her and her duo proceeded to report me and get the enemy team to report me for negative attitude because i was being "toxic" off of one question leading to me giving her advice on when to engage teemo. TLDR: Riot youve weeded out most of the toxic players, what do you plan to do about players who spam reports and get others to blindly report. i would like to avoid getting another chat ban off of normal, non toxic behavior. its discouraging to play a team game where im hesitant to communicate in fear of receiving bans for no reason

Over used. Lot of league players are crybabies and get mad for nothing.
