It won't be that soon. Was already confirmed https://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/client-new-features-feedback/mA4Lz9ER-arurf-available-for-testing that it's there for some early testing as it's a slower time right now. It will be back later this year, more than likely for Snowdown.
