She's in a great spot imo. I think right now Evelynn is incredibly strong in the right situation, and still impactful in the wrong situation. Nobody buys pink wards in low elo, and scarcely in high elo.

No individual ever buys a damn pink.

Ever.

But even when they do have a pink down you can either clear it, or just go in using another pathway. I rush stalker's blade and tier one boots then get behind people for a definite kill or flash on immobile champs, and some mobile champs. Her damage is very high with Thunderlords and Echoes so she can easily delete squishies but struggles some with tankier opponents. With the not so squishies, kiting is king and she is it's queen. In teamfights, her flanks can single handedly win the fight if you get behind the backline and ult the carries, esp if u kill one or both. I typically build like this:

-------> It gives her high damage and high survivability with a perma slow from the combo of and her Q. If they aren't tanky at all, i'll just replace either or with for more damage and synergy with Rylais.
