DUNKMASTER RIOT with these reworks

Holy shit, Urgot is sooo good! Hands down, right now he's looking to be the best rework of them all.

Riot has really been slam dunking these reworks. I can't wait to see what happens with Evelynn, and I am officially another player on board for making reworks a priority over new champions. This is way more badass than anything a new champion can deliver.
