dodge timer for ranked

so riot i been recently trying to climb and that involves dodging games with teams that have bad synergy or bad players and the dodge timer is just making it so cancerous i feel like it should be 3 min first then increase up to 10 till u play a couple of games having to wait 30+ mins then queue times also is just to much i can understand how it could annoy some people the queue being broken constantly but i feel like in ranked its justified
