Please do something about bought accounts..

I'm so sad right now.. I've been getting a lot of beginners in my rank games.. Im not just saying it to talk bad about them but it's is very clear they dont know how the game works.. they have gold and plat accounts but they claim to not know what theyre up against and die sooo many times in just minutes... they dont know olaf has a heal they dont know what elemental drakes does they dont know what tryndamere's ult does I mean who the hell asks "Why isnt he dying ? that is AN OP ult wtf" riot.. they are buying accounts and some of them even admits it... pls help .
