Trinity Lucian. Good or bad?

The past several weeks, I've noticed a lot of players building or being matched up against a trinity Lucian. I want to know if in this tank meta that trinity would be an optimal build on Lucian. I've built it in a couple of games and have noticed a significant power spike on the sheen and finished trinity buy that almost always put me ahead of the other adc. What are your thoughts on building this item for the laning phase and the overall game?

At first, people did builded lucian with trinity force, but, after some time they stoped that. I belive is because Lucian is better at early stage of the game. After that, if he dosent get much feed, he lose some effectivinesss. Trinity does take some time to build.
