Can we revamp Kayle?

Ever since her nerf way back in 4.11 she has practically been shove out of the meta as a strong champion, and is well played only by a select few. Granted, she was op as all **** at one point, the solution is not to nerf her to uselessness. Balance the AP scaling, add more early game benefits, and there you go. I had bought the Aether Wing skin long ago because I love kayle, I would just like to see her be more playable.

You cut her AP scaling on E from .4 to .2 and then to .25, how about we try .35 meet somewhere it in the middle, see how it goes. Also, the attack speed scaling isnt "bad" but she needs some more early game, its like watching somone swing a pool noodle for gods sake.

If you can take one thing from all this, I just want to be able to play kayle again, and not get stomped out any time I play a decent midlaning champ.
