No more delayed queue timers for dodging in champ selection.

Riot should cancel the delayed queue timer after you dodge in champion selection.

If your teammates are clearly being toxic or are getting ready to troll a match I don't believe its right for Riot to force you to wait 5 or 10 minutes if you dodge that queue. Then if you don't dodge because you don't want to wait or don't have the time for those extra queue times, then you're stuck in a terrible game experience with terrible people being toxic or trolling. I think people would feel more comfortable dodging if there weren't any consequences for dodging a toxic team in champ select. I also believe this is one of the biggest flaws with this game. Its so frustrating, that I have now resorted to posting this topic on a forum chat. It shouldn't even be at this point.

Riot, I hope you realize how frustrating it is to play with toxic people. Now I hope you can imagine how frustrating it is to get punished for leaving a toxic team before the match starts. Please change this. Don't punish people for leaving a toxic team by forcing us to wait an extra 5 or 10 minutes. It isn't fair, whatsoever.
