Problems with the skin: PROJECT: Yasuo

Hello!My name is Kalin Birkadze(EUW-kalinbirkadze) and i want to tell you some things about the skin of the champion "Yasuo"-PROJECT.This is his second skin,but it seems like its not working as it shlould.PROJECT: Yasuo works slower,his e casts TOO MUCH SLOWER even when maxed,his attack speed also works terrible(for an example -the skin does really often cancel the auto attack),his q casts slower,i am not pretty sure but his w may also work slower.The problem is in the animation time that the skin takes.Its 100% diffrent then the other.I asked "Yasuo" mains about this and they agree.Probably its hard to see all those problems to the skin if the player is lower elo ,because he cannot realize them,but i am SURE! So i wanted to ask for Your opinion and if there is a possible way that someone who works on the skins of the game and can update the skin.Thank you!!! :)

This wouldn't make any sense in coding.

You can change the animations all you want, as long as the line of code that says this hits this here isnt change.

It may look different, but its going to hit at the same time.
