AP Item and Mage Changes

I see all of these posts about people complaining how these changes to the AP items are going be essentially nerfing the already handicapped mages. You watch though, once the updates actually come out for the champions, there will be just as many posts about how OP all of them are. Trust me, Riot employees probably know what they are doing, they play the game too.
